WHO WE ARE
W3 Consulting provides Web and digital training and consulting to small businesses and nonprofit organizations. We do this primarily by working for state and local governments, economic development authorities, small business development centers, and small business-focused organizations and associations to bring informative seminars, workshops, trainings, one-to-one Web marketing/operations consultations, and more to Small Business owners. Our mission is to empower Small Business with Web and digital technology to help them survive and thrive in this new media era.

W3 WORKSHOPS SERIES
In line with our mission to educate Small Business on the value of Web and digital technologies to manage and market their business successfully, we are bringing the opportunity for small business development centers and local businesses to partner with W3 Consulting to bring various educational workshops to their constituents and the community. In exchange for helping to get the word out about W3 Workshops series, we donate 10% of the proceeds to your Host Sponsor SBDC or promote your Host Sponsor local business. Win-win-win.
If you’re interested in the individual topics, they are outlined in our questionnaire. You will find Main Workshops, Half-Day Workshops and Other Possibilities as selections for your W3 Workshops in your locality.

As the SBDC serving your Small Business community, our goal is to generate awareness for the great work you do counseling Small Business on startup, growth and succession planning, while we educate Small Business about Web and digital technology to reduce costs and increase revenue. By providing the best opportunities through W3 Workshops, the message will spread far and wide through your publicity, word-of-mouth of your current SBDC clients and W3 Consulting’s marketing efforts in your area. As our workshop attendees nourish their mind with great information on how to take advantage of the Web, mobile and digital technologies, so too must they nourish their bodies. That’s where you come in. You can sponsor the food / beverages for the events. There is only opportunity for ONE Food/Beverage Sponsor and everyone goes home with your logo on the eco-friendly water bottles, so it’s always the first sponsorship to sell! Act now.

• Listed on all of marketing material collateral as an event to benefit your small business development center, and where appropriate and available, a hyperlink to your website.
• Your logo appears as the Food/Beverage Sponsor for the workshop series on the eco-friendly water bottles that go home with every attendee (up to 500 attendees in just one week!).

SPONSOR LEVEL – EXHIBITOREXHIBITOR
As an Exhibitor at every workshop or seminar during W3 Workshops series, you get to stand side-by-side with your Small Business Development Center and show your support for Small Business in your area. W3 Workshops series is an event(s) opportunity for you to showcase your products/services for the Small Business community; it’s a great time to communicate directly with your target audience and there’s only TWO Exhibitors per W3 Workshops series so you get direct, unencumbered access to attendees before and after each workshop / seminar as well as during breaks. Stand by your SBDC.
Benefits
• Quarter-page ad (print-ready ad provided by you, though we may be able to help you with design/layout) in the workshops handout to every attendee. (These handouts will be mailed to any attendee that registers and is unable to attend.)
• Your logo and website URL on signage and on the opening and during-break Exhibitor slide telling attendees you’re available to see before or after each workshop or seminar.
• We will announce your presence at every workshop before each break and at the end of each workshop or seminar for attendees to stop by and see you.
