EVENT REFUND POLICY
Circumstances, sometimes unforeseen, will keep registrants from attending an event after they have registered and paid for it. Thus, the following policy will apply to refund requests made by authorized individuals or companies on behalf of registrations, or themselves.
If it is known 15 days or more in advance of the event that a registered person or group cannot attend, for whatever reason, the individual or group will receive a full refund.
If the notification of cancellation is communicated less than 15 days in advance of the event that a registered person or group cannot attend, for whatever reason, the group or individual will receive a partial refund of 50%.
If notification to cancel occurs after the event has started, no refund will be available.
