12 Days of Small Business: Patricia Frame, Strategies for Human Resources
Small Business has its challenges, especially in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. So, we all have to do our part to support each other and the small businesses with which we are connected. So, W3 Consulting is promoting small businesses through our campaign, 12 Days of Small Business. We hope to highlight each day a small business (or two) that can benefit from visibility and that will benefit our audience.
Patricia Frame, founder of Strategies for Human Resources, breathes authority and wisdom into any room she enters. Since my earliest days of knowing Patricia, almost 20 years now, I have always observed her grace and willingness to share her extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources for Small Business owners without pretense. She truly cares about helping people. And, of course, I have the most engaging conversations with her about myriad topics from business to futuristic technologies and swapping photos of the myriad babies in our extended families.
About Patricia Frame
Patricia A. Frame is an experienced management consultant, speaker and author. She founded Strategies for Human Resources to help small organizations achieve their goals through more effective management of their people. Her clients describe her as an advisor, trusted, and empathetic. She leads seminars and consults for the Alexandria Small Business Development Center. Patricia has been a guest speaker for a wide range of professional events at the national and local level. She also works extensively with military in transition. In 2017 she was selected as the Virginia Small Business Veteran of the Year. An Air Force veteran, she holds an MBA from Wharton.
